Your sofa ships free in a few small, easy-to-carry boxes. No delivery appointments needed. Assembly is quick and can be done solo. For hygiene reasons we don’t accept change-of-mind returns once the box is opened — but quality is always covered. Spotted an issue? Message us within 3 days of delivery with photos or a short video and we’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or fair compensation. Every sofa is also backed by our 3-year full warranty and limited lifetime coverage.
