All products and services on the Website may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the Third-Party Providers, which you are obligated and deemed to have read and accepted at the time of placing the order or before engaging the relevant Third-Party Providers.

Homei Living reserves the right to amend/revise the product/service offerings within the Homei Living Website from time to time, as its sole discretion.

The purchase of products and services from Homei Living and/or the Third-Party Providers from the Website shall be subject to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale in relation to making orders, pricing, payment, cancellation, refund & returns and claims. By creating an Account with Homei Living, you agree to receive electronic messages or emails from us. These may include service announcements, administrative messages, and other information related to your Account, or our services. Please note that even if you opt-out of receiving such communications, we may still send you important administrative messages that are required to provide you with our services. 7. Membership

Membership in Homei Living is limited only to individuals and to one account per individual. As a member of Homei Living, you will earn points on purchases of merchandise made through the Homei Living website or at our showroom. Members are also entitled to a complimentary membership gift, which can be collected at the showroom, as well as exclusive pricing on selected items. To be eligible, you must have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction or obtained consent from your parents or legal guardians prior to creating a Homei Living account. By using Homei Living, eligible minors confirm that they have obtained such consent. Homei Living may not be used for any business or commercial purpose, and we may refuse to create an account for any reason. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for updating it as required. You may update your personal information on the Website.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN HOMEI LIVING CAREFULLY. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROGRAM, YOU (OR, IF YOU ARE A MINOR, YOUR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN AGREES) AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE HOMEI LIVING TERMS DESCRIBED HEREIN, ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE AND BY ANY CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS WE MAY MAKE AS HOMEI LIVING TERMS WILL VARY FROM TIME TO TIME AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION.

8. Points

For your purchase to qualify for Homei Living points ("Points"), you need to have created an account with your email address or must be signed in to your Homei Living account at the time of purchase for purchases made on the Homei Living website, and you must have your account information on hand for purchases made in-store. Points are received with each eligible purchase ("Eligible Purchase") made. Your purchase becomes an Eligible Purchase when the contents of your purchase are shipped to an address located in Canada ("Eligible Territory").

Eligible Purchases include regular-priced merchandise or merchandise on markdown. Applicable taxes, shipping and delivery charges, and/or other excluded charges specified by us from time to time are excluded from the computation of Points. Returned and/or canceled orders will not lead you to receive points. Points credited to your Program account will be decreased or reversed, as applicable, if part or all the purchase is returned or canceled or if the Points are obtained through fraudulent or other activity that violates Homei Living Terms and Conditions. Points are received 30 days following the delivery date.

Points are received in accordance with the following:

$1 CAD = 1 Point

If your eligible purchases are not returned or canceled within the 30-day pending period, the earned points can be redeemed to purchase products or offset the total order amount (200 points = $5 CAD). During special events, such as 'Membership Anniversary' celebrations, points will be doubled ($1 CAD = 2 points).

Points are accumulated during the Program Year. They will reset at the beginning of each subsequent Program Year and will expire at the beginning of each subsequent Program Year. The sale, barter, transfer, or assignment of any benefits offered through Homei Living, other than by us, is expressly prohibited. In addition, Points will automatically expire if Homei Living revokes or you cancel your account. If you have questions regarding your Points or if you feel your Points have expired in error, please contact customer care for assistance at info@homeiliving.com.

9. Promotional Codes and Vouchers

Homei Living may in its sole discretion, create promotional codes (the "Promo Codes") and vouchers (the "Vouchers") that may be redeemed for credit in your Account, or other features or benefits related to the products and services we provide subject to any additional terms we may establish. Promo codes and Vouchers are limited to one per order and may only be used once per person. Only Promo codes and Vouchers sent to you through official Homei Living communication channels are valid. You agree that the Promo Codes and Vouchers: (i) must be used for the intended purpose in a lawful manner; (ii) may not be duplicated, sold or transferred in any manner, or made available to the general public (whether posted to a public forum or otherwise), unless expressly permitted by us; (iii) may be disabled by us at any time for any reason without liability to us; (iv) may only be used pursuant to specific terms that we establish for such Promo code and Vouchers; (v) are not redeemable for cash, gift cards or cash equivalents; and (vi) may expire prior to your use.

Homei Living reserves the right to hold back or subtract credits, features, or benefits gained through the use of Promo Codes and Vouchers by you or any other user. This can occur if we reasonably identify or suspect that the use of the Promo Code and Vouchers were in error, fraudulent, unlawful, or in breach of the relevant Promo Code and Vouchers terms or these Website terms and conditions.

10. Intellectual Property

You acknowledge that the Website contains information, data, software, photographs, graphs, videos, typefaces, graphics, music, sounds, algorithms, customer and marketing information and other material (collectively, the "Content") that are protected by copyrights, trademarks, images, videos, trade secrets, rights in databases and/or other proprietary rights, and that these rights are valid and protected in all forms, media and technologies existing now or hereinafter developed. All Content is copyrighted as a collective work, and we or our affiliates own or license a copyright, database right and/or other intellectual property right in such Content.
