Our Warranty Commitment

At Homei Living, we build sofas to live with for years. Every piece is made by a manufacturer with 15 years dedicated to compressed sofas, using certified materials and in-house production. That confidence is why we back every sofa with a Limited Lifetime Warranty — covered in full for the first three years, and covered for life after that.

What Our Warranty Covers

Your Homei Living sofa is covered in full for three (3) years from the date of delivery against structural and manufacturing defects, including:

• Structural defects in the sofa frame under normal household use.
• Premature loss of resilience in the high-resilience foam caused by a manufacturing defect (as opposed to normal softening over time).
• Manufacturing defects in the stitching, seams, and zippers of covers and cushions.

All of our materials are independently certified — CertiPUR-US® foam, OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 textiles, REACH-compliant and E1 low-emission. See our certifications.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear — natural fading, and the gradual softening or compression of cushions with everyday use.
• Misuse or abuse — harsh chemical cleaners, extreme conditions (heat, moisture, direct sunlight), or improper use.
• Pet damage.
• Accidental damage.
• Damage from unauthorised repairs or modifications.
• Events outside our control (force majeure).

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To make a claim, email us at sofa@homeiliving.com with:

• Your order number.
• A short description of the issue.
• Supporting photos (and a short video where it helps).

We'll review your claim and respond within 2 business days. Coverage begins on the date of delivery and applies to the original purchaser.

Coverage for Life — After 3 Years

After the first three years, your sofa is still covered for life: should a covered component fail, we'll replace your piece at 50% of its current retail price, for as long as you own it. "Current retail price" means the standard, non-promotional price at the time of the claim.

Warranty Limitations

• Repairs or replacements do not reset or extend the original coverage period.
• This warranty covers the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
• Please keep your proof of purchase.
